I have a complaint about an employee, and I'm trying on a coat, a long one and a short one, and I'm struggling... That employee came over from time to time and whispered to her once or twice at the same time, which made me feel uncomfortable when I was shopping inside. When I arrived at the reception desk, I whispered something to another colleague again, which was very poor in quality and politeness. I didn't like this situation, which made me feel very strongly that I was misunderstood and stole clothes. Then I went to another cash register to change the clothes I want, and the old black who handed her insisted that I go to her side of the payment, saw I have a shopping list and said, oh she has receipt, very lost and walked away, see she is very lost and walked away, confirmed my guess, at the beginning of the woman in the whisper of what, Such a person with no quality can actually work in there. It's too bad

A really nice shop with beautiful staple pieces. The staff were so nice in helping me choose outfits and changing sizes in the fitting room. They also have a cafe with a complimentary coffee if you purchase clothes. Loved it.

They have thought of all things here... engaging shoppers and helping them pair outfits & find right sizes...then for those waiting, nice seating upstairs & coffee bar... wow, made my daughter feel amazing with the shopping attention and made me want to stay longer with nice place to relax while she shopped!! Best Daughter/Dad shopping experience ever!!

Went in today and was approached by four different employees within a span of 10 minutes. From the moment I was approached by the first employee, I felt like they labelled me as a thief. I was not able to walk around the store to shop without feeling the presence of an employee. I was not allowed to hold my own merchandise for more than a minute without an employee coming to take it from me and "hold on to it". I felt a horrible anxiety through out the entire process, I did not feel welcomed at all. I've worked in retail to know that this is oftentimes how they handle theft (extra customer service), but this store went overboard. It felt racially motivated and overall so humiliating.

since i entered i was greeted and while shopping always received attention from employees! i wanted some bigger sizes and got it in minutes (main thing to save my time in this location). Also the selection was great!

There's nothing for me here as is all ladies' clothings. However, came here by chance with a lady friend and decided to also get some stuff for my ladies at home. The staff here were really helpful and friendly. I was assisted by Issac and Carla/Karla and they were just so nice, and knowing that I am buying for someone else, and was helping as much as they can, with sizes, suggestions etc. They also have a bar area where you can get free coffee, water, with absolute no spending required. The staff were also really nice and no jar for tips was present. How classy! A absolutely delight to shop here. Ladies, you must visit here for sure. Gentlemen, do also come here to get stuff for your important women back home.

Great staff! Very helpful. Inventory is strong and Samira is but lacking in others. Home of the famous TNA logo clothes. One of my wife’s favorite stores when we can find it. And this one even has a coffee bar to boot

1. I don’t have an Aritzia anywhere near my hometown 2. Soho shopping district, of course, this is THE neighborhood to go shopping in New York 3. The fact that there are multiple levels with big open windows with a city view like that?? It’s too much. I could have spent my whole afternoon there. Great location, short walk from tons of other stores.
